Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation policy as flexible and fair as possible. Please review the terms below before booking your tour:
Standard Cancellations
100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
50% Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
Cruise Ship Guests
If your cruise ship does not dock in Roatan due to weather or schedule changes, we offer a 100% refund.
If your cruise ship arrives late, we will do our best to reschedule your tour or offer a partial refund if the tour cannot be completed.
Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event we must cancel your tour due to severe weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your tour.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: reservations@nanisharktoursroatan.com
Include your full name, tour date, and booking reference in the email.
Private Tours or Groups
For private tours or group bookings (6+ guests), cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours.
